The shop point of view
Not mass produced. Not hurried. Not pretending to be something else.
Flying Seven's work carries the language of the Old West: holsters, gun belts, scabbards, slings, saddles, tack, cuffs, spur straps, and hard leather goods that look like they were made by a person because they were.
The current catalog shows decades of custom directions: Heiser style rigs, Moran style holsters, 1880s scabbards, cartridge belts, shoulder rigs, rifle slings, custom saddlery, tack, belts, cuffs, and smaller leather goods. The redesign makes that range easier to understand without turning the site into a cart.
If you know exactly what you want, say it. If you only know the problem you are trying to solve, that is enough to start the conversation.
What to send
A better first message makes a better custom piece.
- What you want made: holster, belt, scabbard, sling, saddle, tack, cuff, strap, or another leather piece.
- How it will be used: riding, cowboy action shooting, collecting, display, field use, gift, or daily carry.
- Measurements, photos, existing gear, firearm model if relevant, and the look or period you have in mind.
- Color, tooling, stamping, and detail preferences if you already have them.
